I’ve got some exciting news for you all today! First, let me thank all of my loyal followers and subscribers a million times over for your faithfulness in reading my posts, the ever-increasing “likes”, as well as the “shares” on Facebook. You all are absolutely amazing!!
Our New Look
Next, I wanted to share with you all–if you haven’t noticed already–DA Weddings has a drastic new look to it! Take a look at our home page to see it better. I’d love to know what you all think so please feel free to pepper the blog with comments, likes, and shares. *wink, wink*
Wedding Industry Experts 2012 Awards
Also, today is a very exciting day because it is the first day you all can vote for me in the Wedding Industry Expert 2012 Awards! This is only the eighth month DA Weddings has been in existence and I’ve loved every minute of it so I want to help others hear about us too and winning this award will certainly help. Please vote and share and RT (retweet) for others to vote and share as well. I can use all the help I can get!

New Posting Schedule
Also, I’ve decided to go to a slightly less frequent posting schedule: Mondays, ?Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please let me know what you all think about this, good, bad, or indifferent.
Desired Assistance & DA Weddings “Cross-Over Clients”
And last but not least, as some of you may know, DA Weddings is a spin-off of my parent company: Desired Assistance, a virtual writing and editing company I started in 2010. (Please see also DA Inspires.) Through this company I am amble to have various clients, most of which are authors and ministers. However, recently I’ve begun to encounter a new type of client which I classify as a “cross-over” client meaning that they are individuals from the wedding industry who hire me to blog, write, etc. their wedding-related content for them. We have great rates and retainer options for every budget. It’s a wonderful marriage (pun intended) of my two loves: writing and weddings, so if you all know of anyone who would be interested in these services, please feel free to pass the word along and contact me with any questions you may have.
Again, I want to give you all a HUGE thanks for all of your support! I look forward to interacting more with you all in the future!
